This practical and fully supported toolkit is designed to achieve and promote three key themes of the ‘Every Child Matters’ national framework, including Achieving economic well being, Make a positive contribution and Enjoy and achieve. It also meets specific curriculum aims for Personal, Social, Health,and Economic (PSHE) Personal Well being among young people. A comprehensive product, designed to empower young people to look beyond their current stage of education and consider future career prospects.
It will guide young people to discover their own unique talents, strengths and skills. Provide an understanding of how these are valued in a working environment. Overall, building confidence and self-esteem in personal capabilities and a positive outlook on their own future.

It is our aim to provide a coaching framework for teachers, career advisors and youth service providers to help young people embrace change, feel positive about who they are and enjoy a healthy, safe, responsible and fulfilled life.
