Innovation workshops are short and hard-hitting, focusing on key areas identified as requiring change and improvement by management.

Innovation sessions allow a short and fun approach to finding effective solutions and ideas from a wide spectrum of staff.
New Ideas
This session can unlock individuals’ ideas and discuss how realistic are these solutions/options, suitable for all colleagues involved.

Once staff have arrived at suitable solutions and innovative ideas for the company, you receive a uniformed, committed and motivated workforce striving to initiate their ideas. I also provide feedback documentation for you to review and implement.
Recap
The workshops conclude with a 1/2 hour recap between the coach and management. The findings are discussed and projects or new business procedures can be planned, with advice in continuing the momentum for change
